Psycho-cybernetics. I started reading this book due to a recommendation from Sean Lawrence. At first, I thought it had a funny title. But then I started listening to it a bit on audible and realized that this book had the power to change lives, kinda like how atomic habits did for me.
I guess if atomic habits is a more hands-on what-to-do type of book, psycho-cybernetics is a more broad book with a broad spectrum of knowledge, although there is a theme. I guess the core idea is that much of what we think of as reality actually stems from our imagination. What a person feels, how he behaves, and how he acts very much depends on his own self-image, which can be quite far from objective reality. So by changing this imaginative part of oneself, anyone can change their reality.
It's fascinating to think that what a person thinks about himself can change the life of that person. Most people are ignorant when it comes to the importance of their self-image. But backed by research and logical reasoning, I am convinced that this book does indeed have the power to help me get to making millions and millions of dollars. On top of all that, even Kelly Choi, one of my mentor billionaire YouTubers, has also reviewed and complimented this book. I cannot wait to finish the book and achieve my ideal self-image and morph my life and reality to fit my desires.
