Sean Lawrence as investor

 The unexpected happened!

Sean Lawrence actually invested $3000 into my business. It would be quite hard for me to invest my money like that, but then again he did see the level of efficiency with which I was operating here.

In return, he gets about 330% return for his investment, which is really good indeed. For me, over the year, I will earn about an extra $7500 which I would not have made otherwise. The more money we can make for everyone, including myself, the happier we all are.

So I will have to buckle down on managing my finances and make sure that there is no mistake in the bookkeeping.

Unintentionally, I have received funding from both Sean Lawrence and my father, so I will have pretty much doubled my income in the coming months. I am going from 2 rental homes to 4 rental homes. As this one Instagram reel said, "you get paid for the amount of value you provide. So can you double or triple that value? 10x it? Of course you can". And indeed that's exactly what I am doing now. Doubling the value that I am providing to the economy, physically and metaphorically. 

By my estimation, I will be making 6.5 million KRW in profits by April and May. At that point, I will try and get a 2 bedroom home in Hongdae.

It is indeed beautiful to see my business grow. I am excited to get out of my bed in the morning these days.

Korean pitstop

     After having spent 1 month in Budapest, I have been summoned back to Seoul. It's been going strong, and it's kind of a bummer to pull a sudden break, but I set up my pieces back in Budapest well, so that things would still move forward without me physically being there. Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Where I'm at

So I am in the process of developing a successful SAAS and App. My app currently has 43 subscribers, and it's growing everyday. I think that if I can reach the total addressable market with it, it's going to be pretty significant. On the other hand, I've recently put together a team of pretty smart people to begin a start up. And I half convinced my friend Ayob to join so we're already good to go! If we're going to create a great start up, we're going to need all the best talent we can find. So anyway that's where I'm at. Growing my app, and posing to pounce for a start up. I will make it work out.
