Time for new expansion

 So now we are down 3 airbnbs, and time for a 4th one. This will be a 2 bedroom, so essentially I would have the profitability of running 5 airbnbs.

Hey, I just realized that this would match the wallpaper I had which said, "I will run 5 airbnbs by May 3rd, 2023". Although my birthday has passed, it is still May and it is seeming that I will be running essentially 5 airbnb worth of profits. Manifestation does seem to work after all.

So now I just talked to my friend Ayob, and it seems that he is willing to invest in the next airbnb. I should systemize so that the process is very flawlessly executed, even without me. I have already systemized the expansion process which is good. Now time to expand the number of houses!

I feel a bit overwhelmed but I will cut out bad habits, stick to good habits and get this shit figured out!

I am gleaming with optimism and motivation. Let's go conquer the world, Yeah!

Korean pitstop

     After having spent 1 month in Budapest, I have been summoned back to Seoul. It's been going strong, and it's kind of a bummer to pull a sudden break, but I set up my pieces back in Budapest well, so that things would still move forward without me physically being there. Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Where I'm at

So I am in the process of developing a successful SAAS and App. My app currently has 43 subscribers, and it's growing everyday. I think that if I can reach the total addressable market with it, it's going to be pretty significant. On the other hand, I've recently put together a team of pretty smart people to begin a start up. And I half convinced my friend Ayob to join so we're already good to go! If we're going to create a great start up, we're going to need all the best talent we can find. So anyway that's where I'm at. Growing my app, and posing to pounce for a start up. I will make it work out.
