     So apparently I have made 5.5k usd which is about 7 million krw. That's actually pretty insane. Not in my wildest dream would I have thought to have generated that much money. I'm not actually sure how I managed to spend all that money. Anyways, I have successfully escaped the average 9 to 5 and beat that average salary income. I am hovering around 2~3 times the average salary, which is quite insane when I think about it. But I have achieved what I have set out to achieve, and I will continue breaking new highs. There is still a lot to figure out. The house contracts will end in about 6 months. I need plans to continue the cash flow, and to continue expanding to new houses. I'm sure there will be problems in the future, but at least I will face them with my team. Things are happening for me, and I am reaching an area that not many people achieve. I am joining the top 1%. It's kind of surreal and I feel blessed and grateful. I will become what I always envisioned be...

     Today is the day I launch the fourth (technically the fifth) airbnb unit. I've become quite comfortable at making the steeple with my hands. It seems as though I've become very confident in my ability to control the situation. I am pleased. I am going to launch it with the help of chat gpt just like last time. I believe it is going to be quite successful. Not gonna lie this new one is experimental, as it is made with a new interior design theme called dark academia, which is not used by most short-term rentals. The great thing is that it looks amazing, and there is no competition. It is high quality just like what my brand represents. It may take some time but it will be a home run. After this project, I want to relax for a few days, and then get right back to work. I want to keep the momentum. Heck, I may not even take a short vacation. I am energized after running.      It has been 2 weeks since I moved out of my parent's house. Time really flew by since. I honestly thought it has only been 1 week. Anyways a lot has happened since. I've started shifting my identity from a party guy to a serious guy that gets things done. I am the man who is building and growing a company. I am measured and disciplined. I will achieve the goals I've set out to achieve. I'm that guy. Today I woke up at 6am. I had the thought, how will I get the mega yacht in 5 years? I feel like it would take 10 years but I want to get it done in 5, while I am still young. I need to work with leverage. They say to work smart, not hard, but I really need to crank up the "smart". I should work smart and hard. And you can extract a lot from that "smart". Depending on how much leverage you put into the "smart", you can have greatly varying outcomes.      So after the 3rd expansion with the help of Sean, I am already on the next property and then a new one is coming soon as well. He was correct when he said that the only thing I really needed to focus on was taking on new properties. But at the same time, because of the system I had built until now, the scaling and expansion process will be more or less seamless. I think that the system I have built now is not perfect, but it will hold at least in the beginning stages. I hope until 10 properties. There are a lot of unknowns waiting for me in the future. But I like to think of it as me and my team sailing out into the ocean, where sometimes the weather will be a crazy storm and sometimes it will be a smooth sailing beautiful weather. Anyways, I should be able to do just that and weather it out. And we need speed and money coming into the business. These two are very important and I am supplying them with the expansion process.  It is my 2nd night and 3rd day in the new house, and wow it is really nice here. I do feel an upgrade in my life. Nicer cafes, nicer walls, nicer foods, nicer everything. It really is nice around here. And perhaps the best part of it all is that I got a girl to help me cook and clean and take care of me! And she's cool with me hooking up with other girls! Can a man ask for more? I am living a little version of a king's life, and damn it if it isn't nice. Another unexpected bonus is that her MBTI covers my blind spots and vice versa. I think we make a really good team, kind of like perfectly matching puzzle pieces but for brain power. So I think my next priority is to get my fitness in order. I want to be physically as fit as possible. And the second is to get my house in order. That will bring some calm and order into my life. So I am excited to move forward with life, continue improving my personal life, and grow my business. I fucking love it right now.
