D-day

    Today is the day I launch the fourth (technically the fifth) airbnb unit. I've become quite comfortable at making the steeple with my hands. It seems as though I've become very confident in my ability to control the situation. I am pleased.

I am going to launch it with the help of chat gpt just like last time. I believe it is going to be quite successful. Not gonna lie this new one is experimental, as it is made with a new interior design theme called dark academia, which is not used by most short-term rentals. The great thing is that it looks amazing, and there is no competition. It is high quality just like what my brand represents. It may take some time but it will be a home run.

After this project, I want to relax for a few days, and then get right back to work. I want to keep the momentum. Heck, I may not even take a short vacation. I am energized after running. That is good. I want to get to 5th unit and then take a breather after that.

Anyways, enough talking, let's get to it.

Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue.
