Expansion

    So after the 3rd expansion with the help of Sean, I am already on the next property and then a new one is coming soon as well.

He was correct when he said that the only thing I really needed to focus on was taking on new properties. But at the same time, because of the system I had built until now, the scaling and expansion process will be more or less seamless.

I think that the system I have built now is not perfect, but it will hold at least in the beginning stages. I hope until 10 properties.

There are a lot of unknowns waiting for me in the future. But I like to think of it as me and my team sailing out into the ocean, where sometimes the weather will be a crazy storm and sometimes it will be a smooth sailing beautiful weather. Anyways, I should be able to do just that and weather it out.

And we need speed and money coming into the business. These two are very important and I am supplying them with the expansion process. It is like oxygen and water to the business.

It feels as though things are moving forward and business is growing as I envisioned. Let's sail through the storm and emerge stronger.

Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Third time's the charm

     It's been maybe 15 months since I started MBTI Oracle website. Then I made MBTI Oracle app, about 9 months ago, then Simple Rizz app 4 months ago. Finally, I launched SnapRizz app about 4 days ago. Something I should have done approximately 4 months ago. I thought it was noble thing to do, to be original and come up with my own original thing, but why re-invent the wheel? Maybe it was a good thing I don't know, but damn did I almost burn out.
