Land on the horizon

So I think that finally, I am reaching the promised land. I was exhausted and drained, just like Columbus after a long time of voyage and things were starting to get really tough. But then, after months of traveling in the unknown seas, I have finally reached land and I think that this month will be it.

It will be the month when I make 2~3 x the average salary and I can give myself the title of "extraordinary". However, this is just the beginning of a new journey, the end of the first chapter. There are still lots of lands to conquer.

I've been talking to this girl, "Aurelie", and I really like talking to her although she is only 18. She can be witty and energetic, and she is an ESTP, which is pretty dang cool. She's just active all the time. I can respect that and it's definitely inspiring.

So I think I want to sign up for a gym tomorrow and we'll see. It will be good to have my healthy habits in order. Then I will have health and wealth. I'm just missing on relations, but I can start working on that.

I'm planning to add on 2 new units this month, 1 with Sean and the other one myself.
It will be a lot of chaos, so it will be in my best interest to coordinate my plans and execute them out elegantly.

At that point, I will be easily above $10k in monthly profits, and potentially making more than Sean.

The land is on the horizon, and I am thrilled to explore the promised lands.

Korean pitstop

     After having spent 1 month in Budapest, I have been summoned back to Seoul. It's been going strong, and it's kind of a bummer to pull a sudden break, but I set up my pieces back in Budapest well, so that things would still move forward without me physically being there. Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Where I'm at

So I am in the process of developing a successful SAAS and App. My app currently has 43 subscribers, and it's growing everyday. I think that if I can reach the total addressable market with it, it's going to be pretty significant. On the other hand, I've recently put together a team of pretty smart people to begin a start up. And I half convinced my friend Ayob to join so we're already good to go! If we're going to create a great start up, we're going to need all the best talent we can find. So anyway that's where I'm at. Growing my app, and posing to pounce for a start up. I will make it work out.
