Welcoming our 5th member.

Technically Nate is still on a tryout, but it appears that we will be expanding our team to 5 members.

And potentially he may be the best member I have hired so far! Well, everyone has got their own unique strengths, but in terms of raw character, he is definitely a very strong hire with a lot of potential to grow within the company.

He is punctual, strong, and already comes with leadership skills. His attention to detail is something we'll have to see, but from his resume (awards for jet maintenance) I have high expectations.

So yeah, the team is looking very strong, and now I just have to grow the number of rentals. The team can run the business, and I can stack more and more workload on top of that. In a way, we are trying to copy-paste the working team. So it's kind of like putting two small teams together. This reminds me of how Ghengis Khan revolutionized the war paradigm by splitting up his army into small and mobile units, which is still relevant to this day.

So I think the small mobile units are the way to go, and then a few of them combine to make a bigger team and so on.

And I think meeting a few times a month with the team is a great way to work together. When one person falls short, another can cover for them, and it's a very powerful thing for sure.

So right now, I can envision a future where we can lead the business with 4 members up to 8 units, but we will have to see. Once I perfect the "proto team", I can just multiply that and increase the number of members and rental units.

So I can just focus on expanding to more units, and let the team run itself which is great.

I think it'll be a busy month of looking for new properties and signing contracts!
