Korean Thanksgiving in 2023

 There are only 3 months left in the year to close out the year.

It's been a pretty insane ride and transformation I've been on this year.

None of the years previous compares to it.

It felt like a dream when I said that I wanted to make 10mil KRW/month. And I am doing it. With the money comes a lot of other responsibilities and whatnot, but purely business-wise, I am making 10mil KRW/month.

I remember asking my mom how long she thought it would take for me to get to 10mil KRW/month, and she replied that many people never achieve that level.

Well, look at me now, Mom. I'm at that level.

But I'm not completely off the hook yet. I am in a tricky situation where I am falling forward. I want to make sure that I am growing forward so that when the tax bill hits, I'll have enough money saved away.

Also, money always gives more leverage. Things are accomplished more easily with more cash.

On a side note, I've been also evolving on a subconscious level. I really cannot enjoy partying in Hongdae anymore. I feel the need to get the fuck out of this country immediately.

But oh well, all in due time.


Now my goal is to get to $10k/month and then $20k/month before the 3 months is up.

I also want to create legal airbnbs. Everything I say, I do. Everything I do, I said.

Sometimes my foresight into the future surprises even myself, because of how accurate the predictions were.

I won't lie, there have been times when my wishful thinking got things wrong too. But generally speaking, my predictions have come true with surprising accuracy.

I am on a path of success, and I hope that nothing derails me off course.


My life is about to hit new levels.

Korean pitstop

     After having spent 1 month in Budapest, I have been summoned back to Seoul. It's been going strong, and it's kind of a bummer to pull a sudden break, but I set up my pieces back in Budapest well, so that things would still move forward without me physically being there. Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Where I'm at

So I am in the process of developing a successful SAAS and App. My app currently has 43 subscribers, and it's growing everyday. I think that if I can reach the total addressable market with it, it's going to be pretty significant. On the other hand, I've recently put together a team of pretty smart people to begin a start up. And I half convinced my friend Ayob to join so we're already good to go! If we're going to create a great start up, we're going to need all the best talent we can find. So anyway that's where I'm at. Growing my app, and posing to pounce for a start up. I will make it work out.
