Freak out

    I'm not gonna lie, I'm freaking out a little bit because the money is coming in late and I've waited for this payout to pay my employee and go grocery shopping and all that.

    But I'm also quite satisfied with how the new candidate is cleaning the room right now.

    She doesn't seem like the nimble type, but in terms of power and umf, there's some power behind her.

And I just wanted some feminine girls to clean the rooms, but having different abilities will have to do.

I just gotta let the system guide my staff to tick off the things that need be done.


Anyways I suppose this is the second time where the payout is coming in late, due to the holidays I suppose, but wow this is really stressing me out.


I've had mini plans, such as getting hair cut and all that, which is all being put on hold until the god damn payout arrives.


Also, I plan to make this month the month I save up good money. It'll be my backup account, just like what Sean has.

I just gotta be super frugal for a month, which is a challenge but definitely doable.

Korean pitstop

     After having spent 1 month in Budapest, I have been summoned back to Seoul. It's been going strong, and it's kind of a bummer to pull a sudden break, but I set up my pieces back in Budapest well, so that things would still move forward without me physically being there. Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Where I'm at

So I am in the process of developing a successful SAAS and App. My app currently has 43 subscribers, and it's growing everyday. I think that if I can reach the total addressable market with it, it's going to be pretty significant. On the other hand, I've recently put together a team of pretty smart people to begin a start up. And I half convinced my friend Ayob to join so we're already good to go! If we're going to create a great start up, we're going to need all the best talent we can find. So anyway that's where I'm at. Growing my app, and posing to pounce for a start up. I will make it work out.
