     Having read halfway through the book, the secret, I have consolidated my understanding of the law of attraction. Lately, as I have been reading a lot of books, I am starting to see a pattern. I would come in contact with scattered shallow knowledge on a subject, usually from social media or YouTube. But as I read a book on the same subject, those knowledge is presented in a more organized, digestable, and deeper form. I increase my pool of knowledge on a subject tenfold, discovering a lot of unknown unknowns. The same phenomenon is happening with the law of attraction. The short bits that I have heard scattered across social media are now being presented in organized chapters, in a way that makes sense. It is being presented in story form. I am actually somewhat surprised because this book contains almost every aspect of the law of attraction, and I have only read half of the book yet!      I am currently in the process of downsizing my business. However, at the same time, I am preparing for a massive jump soon after. To jump to heights that I have never seen before. I have 2 major strategies. Plans to create a property management business in Seoul, and expand Airbnb in Bali, Dubai, and the US. I think every one of them has great potential for great profits. But I am hoping that eventually, they all converge into a single goal, which is to create a household brand for short-term rentals. It really is about time now to expand to other platforms as well such as virbo and perhaps even booking.com. Patience is a virtue.

     I just finished a book on negotiations. It is a very powerful book. It was even more impactful to me because it forced me to think in a completely new way than I am used to. I am a very logical and calculating person who does not place too much importance on feelings and empathy. However, this book was all about, for the lack of better words, emotional manipulation. And it makes sense. To create the most cooperation out of someone, you need to have good faith with them. I learned how to assertively say no and to disagree without being disagreeable. I learned the importance of digging for information and using that as leverage. How to create rapport with people and use tactical empathy. How to ask calibrated questions. To make the other party feel in control and create the illusion that they came up with the solution, which was your goal all along. These were some powerful tactics that really opened my eyes.     So I have been talking to this girl in Belgium for a long time. It was on a whim that I invested so much time talking to her. I guess her being pretty cute helped as well.
