Reading the secret

Having read halfway through the book, the secret, I have consolidated my understanding of the law of attraction.

Lately, as I have been reading a lot of books, I am starting to see a pattern. I would come in contact with scattered shallow knowledge on a subject, usually from social media or YouTube. But as I read a book on the same subject, those knowledge is presented in a more organized, digestable, and deeper form. I increase my pool of knowledge on a subject tenfold, discovering a lot of unknown unknowns.

The same phenomenon is happening with the law of attraction. The short bits that I have heard scattered across social media are now being presented in organized chapters, in a way that makes sense. It is being presented in story form. I am actually somewhat surprised because this book contains almost every aspect of the law of attraction, and I have only read half of the book yet!

Anyway, I am falling in love with reading books these days.

Today while reading, I realized that I may have been shooting myself in the foot in the past recent months, dreading that bad things might happen. I had worries that the Airbnbs may get shut down and that I would get in trouble for it any day, due to its shady legality.

Indeed my closest and wealthiest friends have emphasized the importance of just focusing on making money and ignoring everything else. Their comments, which seemed irresponsible at the time, are actually quite aligned with the concepts of the law of attraction.

Looking back my negative thoughts may have been pushing me off the path of abundance. I did stop growing my cash flow after all.

I may not choose the optimal path, but through trial and error (or maybe not) I will get to my destination.

If there is a will, there is a way. What is in the way is the way.
