Since about Christmas, I have been getting a calling from the universe to move to Dubai. And damn, did I really end up here in Dubai.

I have been getting too many signs from the universe. From hooking up with a girl who lives in Dubai to getting in touch with big-time short-term rental players (also planning to expand to Dubai), and seeing constellations that match with my zodiac sign.

I saw the Orion sign, which symbolized a hunter with a sword and a belt. I believe that the sword is the capital I gained from selling my house, and the belt is the experience under my belt that I have accumulated over the years in Korea. And I will hunt what I eat here, creating a great business. But Orion's sign is a story of hubris, so I will have to be cautious not to get overconfident.

Also, it symbolized Osiris, the god of the afterlife, symbolizing the rebirth of my identity as an entrepreneur (rather than a party guy). The Orion constellation was also influential in the building of the pyramids. That would symbolize me building an empire that would last through the ages.

Lastly, the zodiac sign that is closest to Orion is Taurus, my zodiac sign.

  1. The Inevitability of Fate: Orion's placement among the stars, along with the Pleiades and Taurus, can also be seen as a reflection on the inevitability of fate. Despite his strength and hunting skills, Orion cannot escape the fate assigned to him by the gods, reminding that some forces are beyond human control.

  2. The Power of Transformation: The transformation of Orion, the Pleiades, and other characters in the myth into constellations can be interpreted as a message about the potential for change and immortality through our actions and legacies. The stars serve as a nightly reminder of the stories and lessons of the past.

It is inevitable fate that I come here to create a thriving business. I will create my legacy of creating a household short-term rental brand, Baron Homes, that will go down the history. I will start here in Dubai.

Orion in Egyptian Mythology: Orion is closely associated with Osiris in Egyptian mythology. Osiris was one of the most important gods of the Egyptian pantheon, god of the afterlife, the underworld, and the dead. He was also the god of resurrection and fertility. The stars of Orion were seen to represent Osiris, with the constellation's prominent belt stars aligning with significant structures in Egypt, such as the pyramids, which some theories suggest were purposefully aligned with the constellation as a form of celestial homage to Osiris.

Taurus in Egyptian Mythology: The constellation of Taurus, particularly the Pleiades cluster within it, was also significant in ancient Egyptian astronomy and mythology, though not always with a direct correlation to specific myths as with Orion/Osiris. The Pleiades were often associated with fertility and agriculture because their heliacal rising (their first appearance in the night sky just before dawn) coincided with the important annual flooding of the Nile River, which was crucial for the agricultural economy of ancient Egypt.

So overall, I am getting very solid signals from the universe to move here and start the business. My success here is inevitable. It was no coincidence that I picked up the book "10X Rules". If I dream 10x bigger and take 10x actions, then it is inevitable that I will become mega-successful and get my mega yacht.

My commitment and faith in creating a legacy brand here in Dubai grows by the day.

For the first time in a long time, I am excited for tomorrow.
