Consider it done
Imagine I decided to turn the apartment I'm living in into an Airbnb. It would be so fucking easy. All I would need are some cleaning supplies, a few extra basic amenities, and a key box. Probably a few extra copies of the keys for good measure. I would need to go through the licensing procedure, but it seems like Andras, the realtor I signed my apartment with is willing to help with that process. Then I would have to figure out the digital guest book, to keep a record of the guests, and send the cash flow chart to the accountant. I would be set!
So in summary:
1. Get an apartment
2. Make it Airbnb ready
3. Go through the licensing procedure (the help of Andras or lawyer)
4. Do the digital record keeping of guests
5. Send accounting info to the accountant
Done!
It's really not all that difficult. More annoying than hard. And when the process becomes long, some steps can go wrong. So that's a little concern, but with my ferocity and determination, I'm sure I can bulldoze through most barriers that are thrown in my way. I'm good like that.
It's almost like once I sign the apartment, the first button clicks and the rest comes naturally. It creates momentum which then accelerates. And then another one, and then another one.
Eventually I want to create a system for expansion, so it becomes a self sustained growth.
Another exciting story that is developing is the return of the Bitcoin halving cycle. I believe that my recent investments of around 10 mil KRW will pay off, if I keep it throughtout this year. I would have to pull out in a timely manner, but it's unlikely I would lose money.
It's good that I am aware of this pattern happening this year.
This year will be very exciting, and I look forward to it.
