First official step

I am on the brink of taking my first effective step towards making money. If getting the licenses was the equivalent of clearing the road to move forward, signing my first Airbnb apartment would be the first official step towards making money.

It is with great optimism and hope I make this first move. There are still a lot of uncertainties, but I will deal with whatever comes in front of my way. And the best part is that there is no limit to how much money I can make here! That means that. I can grow the company as large and grand as I wish.

And people are starting to come together as well. We had a lot of job applicants, and the realtor who helped me sign my first apartment is also helping me with the licensing process, which was originally the most concerning part of the venture. It seems that he's got a hold of it so I would let him take the lead on that department. He could be a licensing consultant. The tricky part is paying him. I could either offer him a share of the business or pay him per job on the licensing.

Things are really coming together, as I thought they would. I am getting lucky in some critical ways.

But really, the only thing that matters in this smoke is getting the apartment and putting it up on Airbnb.

Let's see how the future unfolds.

Until the day I have 50 airbnbs in Budapest!
