Locked and loaded

    So if everything goes according to plan, I can sign the apartment on Monday. Things are going smoothly according to plan. It is as if the energy is getting built up until it explodes at a single moment. It will be like the Big Bang, where the universe came into existence and continued expanding after a single point in time. My business will also come to life and continue on an exponential growth curve. I will turn it into a household short-term rental brand that will be recognized across borders.

    I will have 50 units in Budapest, 30 more in Prague, and 30 more in Vienna. I will be surrounded by a team of accountants, lawyers, realtors, consultants, financial advisors, and strategists. Life is good, as it is my birthright. I can have anything I want in this universe. I will have all that I want.

    I am truly blessed to be in the situation I am in right now. Hot girls are thirsty for me, the food is awesome, the city is beautiful, and business is great here! I am getting the heebie-jeebies, that I have always felt before launching a new Bnb unit in Korea, but the numbers and logic are undeniable. After time and time again my intuition proved to be correct, and this may be my greatest payoff yet. The expansion costs are low. I have the force of will to expand here, which is the greatest obstacle people face when it comes to expansion.


    I am greater than life and a force to be reckoned with. I will create a household brand. I will democratize luxury travel.

Korean pitstop

     After having spent 1 month in Budapest, I have been summoned back to Seoul. It's been going strong, and it's kind of a bummer to pull a sudden break, but I set up my pieces back in Budapest well, so that things would still move forward without me physically being there. Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Where I'm at

So I am in the process of developing a successful SAAS and App. My app currently has 43 subscribers, and it's growing everyday. I think that if I can reach the total addressable market with it, it's going to be pretty significant. On the other hand, I've recently put together a team of pretty smart people to begin a start up. And I half convinced my friend Ayob to join so we're already good to go! If we're going to create a great start up, we're going to need all the best talent we can find. So anyway that's where I'm at. Growing my app, and posing to pounce for a start up. I will make it work out.
