Whatever it takes

     It has been almost 3 months since I came to this country.

What a ride it has been.

I honestly thought I was going to set up 4~5 units within 2~3 months, and perhaps in other countries this could have been possible.

But here, it was pretty much physically impossible.

It took a mental toll on me as well.

But fuck it, after a 5 week delay, we here now baby.


After 7 weeks I have managed to set up the big unit. It should have been profiting much longer, but due to unforeseen events I got screwed over, here and there.


Either way, what's the point? There were attempts made in my businesses life, and my business has survived all of them.

The hardest part is over.


Now the only things I gotta do is what I am good at. Making money.


That and paper work. Hopefully that won't cause too much headache.


But I have bulldozed through every obstacle that was thrown in my way.

Now if some papers don't look too scary.

Bring it on, I will face them head on.


Now I must look forward into the future.


3rd Unit.


Then 4th Unit.


Then 5th Unit.


... 10th Unit.


... 20th Unit.


... 50th Unit.


Expansion to Vienna and Prague.


I will expand to other cities.


... 30 units in Vienna and 20 units in Prague.


100 Units and beyond!!!


I will get to 20k EUR/month in profits this year.


Let's fucking go.

Korean pitstop

     After having spent 1 month in Budapest, I have been summoned back to Seoul. It's been going strong, and it's kind of a bummer to pull a sudden break, but I set up my pieces back in Budapest well, so that things would still move forward without me physically being there. Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Where I'm at

So I am in the process of developing a successful SAAS and App. My app currently has 43 subscribers, and it's growing everyday. I think that if I can reach the total addressable market with it, it's going to be pretty significant. On the other hand, I've recently put together a team of pretty smart people to begin a start up. And I half convinced my friend Ayob to join so we're already good to go! If we're going to create a great start up, we're going to need all the best talent we can find. So anyway that's where I'm at. Growing my app, and posing to pounce for a start up. I will make it work out.
