Universe give me strength

    It's been pretty rough.

Coming to a new country where I don't know much about.

Too much doubt has entered my mind.

When everything is uncertain, fundamental truths such as math and physics become the only language I can rely on.

Works for what I do. Numbers is the language of business after all.


Despite all the difficulty, when I look back and see that I've made 6 mil krw in revenue is actually insane.

It's actually insane.

Going to a new country where I do not speak the language, and generating 6 million in revenue is quite the feat.


I need to continue growing.

Continue feeding the beast that will devour the short term rental industry as we know it.

Until I create a household short term rental brand. Internationally recognized prestigious brand.


It might take a long time but fuck it.

I feel a calling towards it and I will make it happen.

30k eur / month is my next stop. I will be on par with Ayob at that point.

Korean pitstop

     After having spent 1 month in Budapest, I have been summoned back to Seoul. It's been going strong, and it's kind of a bummer to pull a sudden break, but I set up my pieces back in Budapest well, so that things would still move forward without me physically being there. Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Where I'm at

So I am in the process of developing a successful SAAS and App. My app currently has 43 subscribers, and it's growing everyday. I think that if I can reach the total addressable market with it, it's going to be pretty significant. On the other hand, I've recently put together a team of pretty smart people to begin a start up. And I half convinced my friend Ayob to join so we're already good to go! If we're going to create a great start up, we're going to need all the best talent we can find. So anyway that's where I'm at. Growing my app, and posing to pounce for a start up. I will make it work out.
