One Enlightenment to Rule Your Life
I had some game changing enlightenments in my life, but this was the one that blew all of them out of the water.
It is like the unifying enlightenment that tied all my knowledge about changing the subconscious programming.
When people try to change, it is difficult. Most of the time, it is like trying to run uphill. However, if you change your subconscious programming, change will come easily and feel like running downhill.
How do you do it?
Step 1
You must become familiar with the deep meditative state. Get so comfortable with the deep state of meditation, pure awareness. Get comfortable with losing yourself into the abyss of nothingness. Become so comfortable with it that it becomes easy to detach from thoughts, and now you can see and acknowledge your pre existing subconscious programing.
You will now observe yourself reacting to certain triggers. Trauma conditioned into the body over years of repetitive habitual reactions and thoughts and feelings. Memory sticks to the body and become conditioned.
But now you have opened your eyes to this. First step to fixing a problem is acknowledging you have a problem.
Step 2
New conditioning of the body.
From that deep state of meditation, visualize the things that will bring feelings of joy, abundance, and high frequencies. If you have done the deep state meditation correctly, time and space will dissolve, and you will be pure consciousness one with nothingness, and in a plain of infinite consciousness. You will be pure consciousness and what you visualize will feel like you are really there. Your body cannot tell the difference.
Feel the ecstasy and bliss. Get so familiar with that feeling in your body and remember it. Get super good with remembering that feeling in your body. Practice, practice, and practice. Do it 3 times a day. 30 minutes ~ 2 hour each time.
Get so good with feeling that feeling in the now, with your eyes closed, that you can do it with your eyes open. Now you have to tool to recondition your body.
Step 3
Now tie the 2 steps together and go on about your life.
Deep state meditation sessions will help you catch yourself reacting to certain triggers.
Activate the new feelings of abundance, high frequency you have practiced.
Stay in that state every moment of your day. Meditate and practice it 3 times a day.
Conclusion
Now you are living and creating from that state of where you have everything you want.
You are no longer chasing from a place of lack. You are already at your destination, and you are creating from a state of abundance.
Your high frequencies will attract the things you want. You will see the synchronicities. They are signs of encouragement from the universe.
You are the creator of your life. You are no longer the victim.
