Iterating to success

 Something entrepreneurs talk about but doesn't really hit from reading about it is constantly iterating to success. I dunno, it's kind of like constantly morphing into different shapes, with a kernel of product market fit, until you hit the perfect shape that just works.

In practice it's weird, because imagine if your business was changing 30% each time, all the time. Traditional businesses will change 10% over a year maybe. That's a big contrast.

And indeed if you look at original versions of twitter, youtube, instagram, it looks very different from what it is today. Still they had that hook that does 80% of heavy lifting, and keeps people hooked.

I'm lucky to have that with my MBTI Guesser, and according to data I see here and there, I have PMF. I just need to get a bunch of more downloads. It's frustrating because on surface when I see millions of tiktok views, it should be converting to multiple bands of dollars, but I guess the "hook" is there, strong.

I feel so close to success I can taste it at the tip of my tongue!!!

I felt this morning abundance, and saw a vision of life that was epic and beautiful.

I love my life right now!

Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Marketing is the other half

      Like peanut butter and jelly, marketing goes hand in hand with whatever business you're selling. In today's information age, marketing has been hyper-charged by constant connectivity. Users are on their smartphones all day while being exposed to advertisements. Even if one wants to listen to his favorite podcast, he can't finish the episode without going through embedded advertisements throughout. You could have one of the best products in the world, an iphone, and it will not sell at all if no one knows about it.
