Lost in details

As I am growing the business, the operational manual is slowly becoming greater and greater, to the point that I can't consume all the information in one sitting.

I am getting overwhelmed with new hires and all that. I think it is quite important to cut down the systems and operations manual to improve flexibility and make it easier to use.

My first hire is quite slow to catch on to new information. My inquiries to entj subreddit have revealed that they can be slow to learn at first but they will be good once they have internalized all the new information. It is really helpful to know people's mbti to know how they think.

It's quite interesting that the cleaner I hired ended up being infj as well. The rarest types being the 2 of only people that I hired. Not to mention I am also 2nd rarest mbti. I suppose it is a good thing if we grow like an iceberg, we'll be at the top and it would make sense for us to be the rarest types. Hopefully I'm not already getting manipulated by my manager.
