systems around a healthy lifestyle
I started drinking beetroot juice and lemon water. Also, have a teaspoon of olive oil in the morning. I look at myself in the mirror and I look healthy as fuck. But yeah I've been having some discomfort around my left chest area. Perhaps I am reacting more sensitively to it because it's near my heart (or perhaps it's the heart) but I have been getting quite stressed about it. I should probably visit the doctor soon. Although, I will say that it has been getting better and better. I do think it will go away soon and I'll be feeling hundred percent again.
It made me think of my mortality though, and reevaluate my why. Like would I still be working so hard if I knew that my time was limited before I can accomplish my greatest ambition? Would I rather enjoy fishing at a remote area, and live a humble life with a small happy family? I don't know. There's something so appealing to me about reaching my greatest potential. To achieve and conquer what most fail to do. To ravish me with the finest things this world has to offer.
I think that the key to true happiness is to create a lifestyle where I strive for excellence and greatness, and to find happiness in that journey. Of course it will feel great to achieve these things, but knowing that every moment was dedicated to achieving greatness will make every moment worth it and every day satisfying.
And even if you do not make it to your destination, you would have enjoyed a great adventure.
