 Looking for a second in command that will conquer countries with me.


I am an entrepreneur looking for a martyr that will sack villages and topple governments for me. A workaholic that is willing to do whatever it takes, work 24/7 not for some petty paycheck, but to realize a grand vision together.

My goal is to establish an international renown brand that will be worth billions of dollars. If you think that I am not serious, you can stop reading right here and now. If you are someone that believes that dreams do come true and is willing to make a great sacrifice together, please continue.

You are applying to either waste a great deal of time working for a ship that may sink, OR you are going to be the founding member of the next Apple, Microsoft, and Google when they were at their beginning stages when their main headquarters was a garage.

As second in command, you will contribute to molding and shaping the adolescent stage of this business that will become a behemoth of a company. We will operate across many countries and over hundreds of properties. I will demand absolute dedication on your part, as I lead by example. We will do whatever it takes and put in as many work hours as it is needed.

That being said, we are a small business for now. I can pay 100,000 krw monthly, but every other cent generated by the business must go back into the business as reinvestment. For the company to expand exponentially, for it to have compounding growth.

Another advantage of this position will be that I will transfer all my business knowledge to you, so it would be great for someone aspiring to make it in the business world, even if my company does not make it.

We are in the real estate and short-term rental industry.

Korean pitstop

     After having spent 1 month in Budapest, I have been summoned back to Seoul. It's been going strong, and it's kind of a bummer to pull a sudden break, but I set up my pieces back in Budapest well, so that things would still move forward without me physically being there. Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Where I'm at

So I am in the process of developing a successful SAAS and App. My app currently has 43 subscribers, and it's growing everyday. I think that if I can reach the total addressable market with it, it's going to be pretty significant. On the other hand, I've recently put together a team of pretty smart people to begin a start up. And I half convinced my friend Ayob to join so we're already good to go! If we're going to create a great start up, we're going to need all the best talent we can find. So anyway that's where I'm at. Growing my app, and posing to pounce for a start up. I will make it work out.
