Lately, I have transcended financially, above the average salary here in Korea. Now I am about to transcend mentally and physically. Although this means quite little because I eat what I hunt. In other words, I am the person who decides how much I get paid. When I was doing 1/3 of the work I am doing now, I was making 1/3. When I was doing 2/3 of my current work, I was making 2/3. And of course, when I do 30% more or 50% more than I am doing currently, heck, 200% more, I will be making that much more. It's a beautiful realization, when I am doing 10x what I am doing for society, ie when I am running 20~30 rental units, I will be making around $30k per month. I am planning something big. I am moving out of my house, and this time I think it will finally happen! I am at a point where I am making a good amount of money. I am moving in with a girl I have been seeing for a while, and she seems to be a supportive type. I think that together, we will be able to create a productive and happy life together. Most importantly, I need someone that believes in me as much as I do. Not gonna lie, it has been restless for the past month, and even after all the chaos was over, I am still feeling somewhat restless. But everything is about to change. I am going to create a new me, just like I did when I first read the book atomic habits. I will be a man of discipline rather than impulse. I will have systems in place, and I will mold my identity into that of a successful billionaire. I am going to be feeling so damn good all the time, proud of my hard work and sweat. As Jeff Bezos says, "Stress primarily comes from not taking action over something that you can have some control over". As my to-do list was growing faster than I was crossing them out, I decided to tackle the pile of tasks that seemed trivial. I was not even aware of how it was stressing me out. But After I blasted through 80% of them in a few hours, I was relieved. I think it's interesting that more work actually helped me relax. I run a business, and when I'm doing focused work, I don't have the mind space to be worrying. If you guys are stressed out, try doing more work. Be proactive and get ahead of your problems, not reactive to them. You can either be the master of your life and commandeer it, or be a slave to it and be dragged around by it. No one is coming to make things happen for you. Only YOU can help yourself. You decide.

Everything is going smoothly in the business. Well, I guess my customer support is not responding, but besides that, I feel that everyone is doing their job and customers are going in and out with no hiccups as well. The guests love our Baron homes, and they seem to be having a great time in Seoul while they stay here. It is an honor for me to enhance the experiences of travelers staying in Korea. I used to think that I am overcharging, but having taken a closer look at the hotel industry, we are actually charging much less! And we are still providing a very high-quality service so I like to think that it is a win-win for everyone involved. No such thing as a zero-sum game in business, I see that now. It really is an honor to take part in the big clock of society, and the traveling industry, and do my part here in Seoul, South Korea.      So things have been kind of crazy since the last time Ayob came back to Korea. He's been going quite wild about drinking, getting way too drunk. It kind of worries me as a friend and I should probably tell him something about it. Anyways, my business has gone through growth and it has seemingly stabilized. Now I am preparing to move into a new house with Karolina. I hope to change a lot of things, starting by becoming more active and working out and exercising. Also, I hope to be eating only healthy and non-processed foods. I wish to be supported by Karonlina as I work hard day and night to build my business. I want her to be my assistant or secretary. I shall pay her well! Some people love you for who you are and you should let them help you grow and return love. It is an exciting new day and I cannot wait to open another new location!!!

 So now we are down 3 airbnbs, and time for a 4th one. This will be a 2 bedroom, so essentially I would have the profitability of running 5 airbnbs. Hey, I just realized that this would match the wallpaper I had which said, "I will run 5 airbnbs by May 3rd, 2023". Although my birthday has passed, it is still May and it is seeming that I will be running essentially 5 airbnb worth of profits. Manifestation does seem to work after all. So now I just talked to my friend Ayob, and it seems that he is willing to invest in the next airbnb. I should systemize so that the process is very flawlessly executed, even without me. I have already systemized the expansion process which is good. Now time to expand the number of houses! I feel a bit overwhelmed but I will cut out bad habits, stick to good habits and get this shit figured out! I am gleaming with optimism and motivation. Let's go conquer the world, Yeah! 

     It has been a while since the last time I wrote something on my blogger. There was a time when I wrote a blog every day, but I've been quite busy, especially with the hongdae bnb expansion. My initial impression is that things are working out great. I believe that I am ready for a new expansion with 2 bedrooms, the long-time holy grail that I have been chasing after. Not only is it fully legal, but it would increase my cashflow significantly. There is a bit of a barrier to entry, which is good because it means less competition. Anyways if I get this setup, I would have left the stratosphere, like a rocket escaping gravity. I would have achieved freedom, and finally reach out to the love of my life. Perhaps I want to get to 10mil a month first. But I also feel that I need to get back to the basics of good guest experience and a solid operations manual. Nothing beats hard work!

 The first lesson I took away from Andrew Tates Hustler's university course was SPEED. "Speed is extremely important." It is true. And in multiple ways, I believe. Not only do you get to make more money in the grand scheme of things, but you also create momentum that drives the business forward. I tried to be as fast as possible with my airbnb, and I suppose the setup time was double the speed compared to Sinchon airbnb, but because I had to take out furnitures from the room it ended up taking about the same amount of time in the end. Anyways now I cannot waste any time. I should try to get some investment from Ayob and move onward with the business. The growth cannot wait!

 What stands in the way is the way, a quote by Marcus Aurelius. I have been quite stressed out by the obstacles on my path to growth. But one by one, I have been able to resolve and move forward with my vision. At first, it was the lack of capital to expand. I solved it by receiving investments from Sean Lawrence and Ayob. Then, after I received the new money for expansion, I came to face with the big baggage that was sitting in the house. I could not exactly decorate and make the place "high-end", with all the old furnitures sitting there. So I am currently in the process of removing the objects from that house. This goes to plan, then I cannot think of more obstacles to making the place into a lit money-making machine. I suppose the final big obstacle is the risk of legality. It is not exactly an obstacle but more like a potential assassin that can strike randomly. So in order to make things legal, I will expand in a certain way where I have no problem with the law.
