Back on the grind
Yesterday I entered the gym again after a year. Wow. It's hard to believe that I have not been to the gym in over a year. And I was so dedicated at one point.
When I hit the gym it felt so good. It felt good before going to the gym, felt amazing at the gym, and felt incredible after the gym. So just going to the gym alone made my day.
I am feeling a bit sore now but that feeling which lasted all day was intoxicating. It's still lasting a little bit now.
I am feeling blessed about my fast growth in business. But the fact that I get to experience another type of growth in another plane of physical fitness makes me feel golden. I am all about growth and self-improvement.
I am also considering signing up for a yoga class. I figured it would be a lot more cost-effective and just better for my overall health to do yoga and stretch regularly than to go to a masseuse every week.
Once you open your eyes to long-term growth, your mindset shifts and you start seeing the benefit in doing the more difficult things. But these things pay off ten folds compared to quick fixes. So yeah, the best things always take time.
It's great I am shifting my mindset in this direction.
