Systematization of the expansion proces

    I believe that the key for me to reach the next level of wealth is to create a system that would allow me to automatize the expansion of my short-term rental units. This could serve as a conduit for me to expand at a rate that would indeed take me to the billionaire's level.


    So to automatize my expansion process, it would mean I'd be free from gravity and I could skyrocket as fast as capital would allow me. I would be putting compound effect into play. That would allow me to take things to the next level indeed.

I have been actively delegating work, and I think it's all been paying off. I feel a lot less burdened and a lot more free.

To a certain extent, I need to be at peace and can't be burning out all the time. It's counterproductive. 

So I really look forward to taking things to the next level.

Korean pitstop

     After having spent 1 month in Budapest, I have been summoned back to Seoul. It's been going strong, and it's kind of a bummer to pull a sudden break, but I set up my pieces back in Budapest well, so that things would still move forward without me physically being there. Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Where I'm at

So I am in the process of developing a successful SAAS and App. My app currently has 43 subscribers, and it's growing everyday. I think that if I can reach the total addressable market with it, it's going to be pretty significant. On the other hand, I've recently put together a team of pretty smart people to begin a start up. And I half convinced my friend Ayob to join so we're already good to go! If we're going to create a great start up, we're going to need all the best talent we can find. So anyway that's where I'm at. Growing my app, and posing to pounce for a start up. I will make it work out.
