New vision

As I tightened my grip on the Dubai project, I realized that the speed of scaling was not quite there, and my vision started morphing towards the Prague project.

My manager and I are continuing our research in terms of the legality of doing Airbnb business in Prague and the profitability of the market. Profitability-wise I feel confident that there is a chunky profit margin and that I have competence in the market. Also due to a similar structure to America, it should not be too hard to scale.


So when my visions come to pass this year, things will be quite wild. I will live life like what I had originally dreamed of last year. And an unexpected plus would be that I will be in an environment surrounded by beautiful white girls.

I shall be covered in high-quality Gucci, Prada, and Louis Vitton clothing, live in a big apartment with marble and high-end furniture in the center of Prague, and drive a Tesla Roadster.


So I can't wait for things to move forward now. Life is good and a good life is coming.

Korean pitstop

     After having spent 1 month in Budapest, I have been summoned back to Seoul. It's been going strong, and it's kind of a bummer to pull a sudden break, but I set up my pieces back in Budapest well, so that things would still move forward without me physically being there. Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Where I'm at

So I am in the process of developing a successful SAAS and App. My app currently has 43 subscribers, and it's growing everyday. I think that if I can reach the total addressable market with it, it's going to be pretty significant. On the other hand, I've recently put together a team of pretty smart people to begin a start up. And I half convinced my friend Ayob to join so we're already good to go! If we're going to create a great start up, we're going to need all the best talent we can find. So anyway that's where I'm at. Growing my app, and posing to pounce for a start up. I will make it work out.
