Laza focused

     It is finally 1 day before signing the first apartment. I cannot believe that it took so much time until I got to the first apartment. I mean, by my standards, this happened very slowly.

But if I think about it, so far everything has been bureaucratic bullshit paperwork, and really, tomorrow will be the first significant action I would take towards making money. The previous work has been like laying the soil down, and while I cannot say it was completely useless, none of it would produce profits. Only signing the apartment tomorrow, will be the first action I take a step towards a profitable business.

And the rest will follow quite naturally. I will hire an interior design company, and a professional photographer as well. Everything is very much like what I learned in Dubai. So turning my eye there was not completely useless.

I have learned from the best in the industry and I am applying it in another market.

A smaller yet potential for a massive growth market. I am like Paul Atreides who left home and went to a distant place to find powerful resources to leverage. I cannot wait to see how the future unfolds. I really believe that I can reach the next next level, and achieve heights much wilder than that I did in Seoul.

It is rather a vastly different approach than what Lawrence was doing, pussy footing around. And while I cannot say with certainty, that it will succeed, I cannot shake away the feeling that it will be enormously successful.

The days are getting more and more exciting. I really look forward to the day I see the first booking on Airbnb.

Korean pitstop

     After having spent 1 month in Budapest, I have been summoned back to Seoul. It's been going strong, and it's kind of a bummer to pull a sudden break, but I set up my pieces back in Budapest well, so that things would still move forward without me physically being there. Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Where I'm at

So I am in the process of developing a successful SAAS and App. My app currently has 43 subscribers, and it's growing everyday. I think that if I can reach the total addressable market with it, it's going to be pretty significant. On the other hand, I've recently put together a team of pretty smart people to begin a start up. And I half convinced my friend Ayob to join so we're already good to go! If we're going to create a great start up, we're going to need all the best talent we can find. So anyway that's where I'm at. Growing my app, and posing to pounce for a start up. I will make it work out.
