Do what excites you

I have been in a somewhat difficult spot starting a business here in Budapest. The progress was a lot slower than I had originally anticipated and it's just so boring here. There's not a whole lot of "fun stuff" to do.

It's sapping energy away and 50% of the work I do is bullshit administrative tasks.

Doubts were creeping up, and for the first time I started questioning if I really even wanted to get rich.

And then I came to an important realization. I should be focusing on doing whatever that excites me. I can definitely steer the course of my venture towards a more exciting, albeit more risky, but definitely more energizing direction.

Just like a rocket that needs a certain threshold of fuel to launch, I need a certain cashflow for the business to thrive. And I am currently too damn far behind that.

What I need right now is an investment of 100 or 200k USD to create a cashflow of around 20~30k USD per month.

I have not run the numbers exactly, but if I can scale to past 10~15 units, then I will have a profit to pay off full time employees.

It could indeed be a game changer.

As Sean said before, I need to get such a loan and promise an ROI of 10~20%.

I can do it. I would be jumping up to Ayob's level or perhaps even higher.

Have I really done it?

Perhaps I am past the really hard part and did not even realized that I've hiked past the summit. Now it's all downhill and easy from here on out. It is time to snowball.

I have proven my business model for the past 2 and a half years. It's been consistently profitable.

I have the track record.

I just need a partner who has a finance background.

Now this is exciting.
