Second thoughts

    I was so determined to create a huge company when I went to Budapest.


But now I am slowly realizing that the business there was not as great as I initially hoped it would be.


As a matter of fact, I am starting to look into other business options.


I think Lawrence's idea of a photo printing kiosk shows great potential.


I was so eager to make a big company that I wasn't cautious enough about if it was a good business.


Money goes where there is money.


And that country is not where a lot of money goes.


I mean it's alright.


It's not great.


It's not bad.


I may need more time to think about what to do.

Korean pitstop

     After having spent 1 month in Budapest, I have been summoned back to Seoul. It's been going strong, and it's kind of a bummer to pull a sudden break, but I set up my pieces back in Budapest well, so that things would still move forward without me physically being there. It's almost like I am constantly unlocking new tools.     It's kinda annoying that the set up process is dragging on for so long, but it's a good thing that I have the concessions to cover for the wasted time. Perhaps I should just start ahead of time. Anyway, as I have seen from my charts of exponential growth, if I stick to my simple plan of reinvesting my profits, I will become a multi millionaire. Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Where I'm at

So I am in the process of developing a successful SAAS and App. My app currently has 43 subscribers, and it's growing everyday. I think that if I can reach the total addressable market with it, it's going to be pretty significant. On the other hand, I've recently put together a team of pretty smart people to begin a start up. And I half convinced my friend Ayob to join so we're already good to go! If we're going to create a great start up, we're going to need all the best talent we can find. So anyway that's where I'm at. Growing my app, and posing to pounce for a start up. I will make it work out.
