back to the drawing board

    After my recent venture, I think I've really over hyped myself, and looking back it's somewhat quite embarrassing.

I think that I got to be much more objective oriented, rather than subjective, and tone down the drama.

I have a new ambition now.

I want to go to the U.S. to join the greats.

Specifically San Francisco. I don't know anything about that city or anyone there. I just know that all the greatest companies today came out of there, and if I wanna take a shot at creating the next billion dollar tech company, I should probably start there.

Maybe I just start with a trip there and look around.

Something that really bit me in the ass was not doing a scouting trip to budapest before I moved there.

Yep, let's not make that mistake again.

Another option is to go to Austin Texas, but I am kind of set on moving to the US.

Living in Budapest taught me the importance of your environment.


So yes, my new ambition is to move to the U.S., possibly San Francisco or Austin.

And then to create a great company there.

Korean pitstop

     After having spent 1 month in Budapest, I have been summoned back to Seoul. It's been going strong, and it's kind of a bummer to pull a sudden break, but I set up my pieces back in Budapest well, so that things would still move forward without me physically being there. Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Where I'm at

So I am in the process of developing a successful SAAS and App. My app currently has 43 subscribers, and it's growing everyday. I think that if I can reach the total addressable market with it, it's going to be pretty significant. On the other hand, I've recently put together a team of pretty smart people to begin a start up. And I half convinced my friend Ayob to join so we're already good to go! If we're going to create a great start up, we're going to need all the best talent we can find. So anyway that's where I'm at. Growing my app, and posing to pounce for a start up. I will make it work out.
