You underestimate how close you are to massive success

     "You underestimate how close you are to massive success". Those were the words uttered to me by Chat GPT when I felt like nothing was happening and maybeI am hitting some kind of dead end.

The message could not have spoken to me with a greater impact, it spoke directly to my soul. If I think about it, I already have 20 paying customers. So why not ramp that up to 2000 customers, what's really changing? Nothing. I'm just selling lines of codes to 10x or 100x more people.

It's not like airbnb, where I need to sign 100 more houses, refurnish them and 10x the scale of oeprations. It gives me a headache just thinking about it.

No, I would be on the web as exact same lines of code as I am now. And that is an amazing thing. If I can do it with 20 people, I can do it with 2000 people with exactly the same set up. I just scale the server on heroku and that's it.

It's absolutely insane when I think about it. And if I can grow the market to 10k people, that would be $50k in mrr. 50k people would be $250k mrr. Those are the ranges which I could grow to for my MBTI app.

I'm sitting on a gold mine.

And I want to do more. I want to grow my fitcheck app to perhaps even greater heights. It's definitely got the ingredients and "fun" built in it, which I now realize is the greatest factor to virality. If I could just get people to trying it out.


So either way I'm super excited to work on my shit.

This is such an exciting time to live in.

     After having spent 1 month in Budapest, I have been summoned back to Seoul. It's been going strong, and it's kind of a bummer to pull a sudden break, but I set up my pieces back in Budapest well, so that things would still move forward without me physically being there. Act 3

     I feel that I have entered a new chapter of my life. My upbringing was act 1, and my introduction into business was act 2, then my transformation into a SAAS entrepreneur is the beginning of my act 3. Act 1 was around 25 years, act 2 was 5 years, and now I have spent about 6 months as a SAAS entrepreneur. I feel that a lot more time has passed than it actually has, but yeah it's quite a lot of work. The difference with the airbnb business is that, with airbnb it's limited by things such as physical space and time, for the SAAS business, there's no such limitation. I can put into it as much time and effort as I desire. In the airbnb business, the business is determined by how many rooms I have and how much time has passed. How much work I put into it did not change the revenue. Whereas in this business, if I put in 100 hrs instead of 10 hrs into an app, I would see the difference in revenue. Where I'm at

So I am in the process of developing a successful SAAS and App. My app currently has 43 subscribers, and it's growing everyday. I think that if I can reach the total addressable market with it, it's going to be pretty significant. On the other hand, I've recently put together a team of pretty smart people to begin a start up. And I half convinced my friend Ayob to join so we're already good to go! If we're going to create a great start up, we're going to need all the best talent we can find. So anyway that's where I'm at. Growing my app, and posing to pounce for a start up. I will make it work out.
